These small brown lentils are perfect for soups, casseroles and curries.

INGREDIENTS

Brown lentils*, water * from organic farming

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain and rinse well before use.

Hob: Pour into a pan. Cook on a medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.

Microwave: Pour into a suitable container and cover. Cook on full power for two minutes. Stir, then heat again for a further minute. Stir and serve.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, remove contents and store in a suitable container in the fridge. Use within two days.
