this tea, Teacaf, is from the High Grown are of the Nilgris in South India which is known for its exceptional quality.

It has been naturally decaffeinated and the gentle process mean it retains its characteristic pungency and briskness.

for best results, 4 to 5 mins (but you will work out what’s best for you)

100g of loose tea makes about 50 cups
