Brown Basmati Rice
Rinse until water runs clear. Soak in cold water for 30mins. Drain and add water (allow 1 cup rice to 2 cups water). Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender (around 45 mins). Remove from heat and leave to stand for 5 mins with the lid on. Fluff with fork and serve.
