BOIL: Allow 75-100g of dry pasta per person. Place pasta in a panof boiling water (1L of water per 100g of pasta) and boil for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. When pasta is cooked, strain immediately and serve. if desire the pasta canbe drizzled with olive oilto prevent it from sticking together.
Store in a cool dry place.
