Fazenda Paraisinho farm produces coffee beans which are dried on old fashion patios and then finished in the mechanical drying machine.

Mundo Novo, Catuai and Obata varieties of coffee bean from Espirito Santo do Pinhal, in state of São Paulo (900m altitude).
