INSTRUCTIONS
Use 2 cups of water or stock to 1 cup of bulgar. Boil liquid, add the bulgar & stir, reduce the heat & cover with a lid. Cook for 20 minutes or until bulgar has plumped up. Drain excess liquid & season to taste.
WARNING: This is a natural product and may contain small stones - wash and sort before use.

Store in a dry, airtight container.
