here's what we are doing to protect our team and our customers:
- unpckd have a strict “stay at home” policy if feeling unwell and we temperature check at the start of every shift.
- our unpckd team are fully trained and up to date on Covid-19 guidelines and business regulations. We wear protective catering coats, hats, reusable cotton gloves and we regularly sanitise or handwash between tasks.
- all deliveries are conducted wearing gloves and dropped off on the doorstep.
- all collected empty boxes/ bags/ bottles/ tins are left for the required 3 days before we wash and sterilise them for reuse.
we take our customer’s safety very seriously, so we take every precaution in preparation and then simply drop and go!
