Create Repeat Order
x
1. Choose Repeat Products
- Scroll the list of refills and add your staples to your ‘Repeat Order cart’
- 10% discount automatically applied
- Select desired frequency of repeat delivery in "Repeat Order cart'
- Add at least £20 repeat items to proceed
2. Review Repeat Order
- Once Repeat Order complete, review order items & chosen frequency in "Repeat Order cart'
- To open 'Repeat Order cart'
- use up arrow to go to top of page
- click [2. Review Repeat Order] button
3. Complete Repeat Order Purchase
- Press [3. Complete Repeat Order] button in ‘Repeat Order cart’ to add Repeat Order to your main Shopping Cart
- Add any one-off items into your main cart (this works as normal unpckd order for items you need in this delivery but not as part of the repeat order)
- Complete checkout as normal
- choose delivery day for 1st Repeat Order (& any one-off items)
- this will act as the start date for delivery day at chosen frequency
- checkout to place ongoing Repeat Order & pay for your first Repeat Order (& any one-off items)

Payment
You will receive an email the day before the next scheduled Repeat Order payment, to notify you that the order is to be automatically placed and payment taken.
Editing Repeat Order
- Until you have received 3 Repeat Order deliveries, you will only be able to add items to your Repeat Order (as Repeat Items or one-off items).
- Once you have received 3 deliveries, you can remove items and skip/pause/cancel your Repeat Order.
- You can view / manage your Repeat Order in your Repeat Order Management Page available as a link in 'My Account' once logged in. This link will also be available in all emails relating to a Repeat Order.
Adding One-Off items to a Repeat Order
You can do this at any time to your next upcoming order (before the order is placed) in you Repeat Order Management Page link in 'My Account'
Delivery
Your order will be delivered at your chosen frequency from the first delivery date chosen when you checkout your Repeat Order.
Example
You choose a fortnightly Repeat Order frequency, you place order on Thursday for delivery on the following Monday:
- You will receive an [Upcoming Order] notification email on Wednesdays fortnightly
- You have <24hrs left to add items to your next Repeat Order
- Your Repeat Order will be placed and payment taken on Thursdays fortnightly
- Your order will be delivered on Mondays fortnightly
