rather than single-use bags we supply your groceries in reusable returnable containers (cotton bags, tins and glass bottles or jars)
no deposit fees per container, no fees to join the unpckd community & enjoy this easy zero-waste experience
we operate on the basis that our customers will return our reusable containers to us or purchase unreturned containers from us.
2. book your delivery
we deliver weekly or fortnightly with morning or evening slots (check for your area)
you select from available delivery days and time-slots
minimum order is just £20 and delivery costs £2.50
3. decant & enjoy
you receive your delivery in a doorstep box with refills in returnable containers
you decant from our delivery containers to your own storage containers & into your cupboards
then you use and enjoy!
4. return & repeat
we send you a helpful weekly email reminder so you don’t have to remember
we can also send you SMS reminders on day of order cut-offs
save time ordering by creating a favourite / regular shopping list or use the reorder on your account page
leave your empties out for collection (no need to wash)
we collect empties in doorstep box swapping for full ones
