Basmati Rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Allow 60g rice per person. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to pan and stir. Return pan to medium boil for 10-12 minutes. Drain well and serve.

Store in a cool, dry place away from strong light
