Sweet, nutty, almost woody caffeine-free alternative to regular tea

Rooibos is the Afrikaans for Red Bush and Rooibos leaf has been used in one form or another in South Africa for thousands of years.

It only grows in the Cederberg region and despite many attempts it has never been grown anywhere else in the world.

Although it is totally caffeine free this clear reddish brown drink contains many of the same polyphenols as tea, which are thought to be beneficial to health.

100% Rooibos leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, 5 mins (but you will work out what is best for you). Best drunk neat but a little milk is allowed
