Parboiled Long Grain Rice (100%)

INSTRUCTIONS

Allow 75kg raw rice per person. Rinse rice in cold water. Bring large pan of water to the boil. Add the rice to the pan. Simmer for 15-18 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and drain well. Ensure rice is piping hot & fluff with a fork before serving. Cooking times may vary.
