INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the beans in plenty of cold water for at least 8 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse, cover with fresh water and bring to boil. Simmer until tender (around 40mins). Drain & season to taste, or add to recipe of choice.

Warning: This is a natural product and may contain small stones - wash and sort before use.
